This is a great idea to share. Good for us and the environment too. So much better than using a twist-tie.
Incision cut RIGHT AT the NECK. (The picture shows scissors. I used a box cutter.)

Stick the plastic bag open part through the NECK of the bottle which you have just cut off.
Better than the plastic clips that you have to buy. I even fixed one for my loaf of bread.
